We believe that meaningful transformation starts within communities. That’s why we design and implement social and environmental impact projects that strengthen communities, promote environmental education, and contribute to building more sustainable and resilient cities.
We work with public schools, primary healthcare centers, social assistance centers, community organizations, and other locally based institutions, managing every stage of a project—from participatory assessments, strategy design, and community engagement to implementation, management, and monitoring.
Our projects may include the implementation of agroecological gardens and composting systems, training local leaders in climate resilience, workshops and capacity-building programs, and the development of strategic partnerships—always tailored to each community’s needs, strengths, and potential.
What sets us apart is our focus on building long-lasting solutions. We work to foster local autonomy, strengthen support networks, and connect key stakeholders—including government agencies, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and the private sector—creating the conditions for projects to continue generating impact even after funding ends.
Strengthening Urban Agriculture and Composting through Community Engagement
Cultivando Project — FEAC and the City of Campinas
Trained urban farmers affected by ISA Energia’s underground power line construction in areas participating in Enel’s Hortas em Rede program, strengthening technical knowledge, fostering peer learning, and increasing collaboration among local gardens and farmers.

The project transforms the Parque Villa-Lobos Library into a living sustainability lab, connecting culture, education, and nature-based solutions through an agroecological garden and educational experiences focused on conscious consumption, regenerative agriculture, and climate change.
Boosting Urban Agriculture - Isa Energia
Trained urban farmers affected by ISA Energia’s underground power line construction in areas participating in Enel’s Hortas em Rede program, strengthening technical knowledge, fostering peer learning, and increasing collaboration among local gardens and farmers.

Supported community composting initiatives in urban gardens across the North and East Zones of São Paulo and the ABC region through farmer training, technical assistance, local investment, and network building, strengthening organic waste management and urban agriculture in local communities.

Promotes community development in Jardim Lapena by strengthening local agroecological production, the solidarity economy, and food security through training for women leaders, technical assistance, and organizational support for local groups.

Re.pense - Heineken
Trains leaders from social organizations to spread practices related to conscious consumption, recycling, composting, the circular economy, and climate action in underserved communities.
Environmental education for climate resilience in São Paulo - C40 and the City of São Paulo
Trains community leaders in São Paulo’s East Zone to promote water security and climate resilience in their communities through environmental education and hands-on community interventions.
Health and Well-Being Promotion
Saúde no Prato (Health on the Plate) — Roche Pharma
Trains Community Health Workers in healthy eating to strengthen the role of primary healthcare centers in health promotion, the prevention of noncommunicable diseases, and community engagement.
Farol Saúde Integrativa — RD Saúde
Promotes health and well-being in underserved communities by integrating Complementary and Integrative Health Practices, community education, and the cultivation of medicinal plants, strengthening collective care and the connection between people, communities, and nature.
Educational gardens
Horta na Escola (School Garden) - iFood
Transforms school gardens into living laboratories for environmental education, healthy eating, and health promotion, training educators and encouraging the initiative to be replicated across public school systems through advocacy.
Sementes Project - Mar Bravo Institute
Strengthens environmental and food education in public schools through educator training, educational gardens, teaching materials, and advocacy initiatives that promote health, food culture, and a connection with nature from an early age.
